Delivering High Quality Apprenticeships, Training & Education

The Colleges’ Partnership (TCP) is a joint venture company founded in 1998 and owned by Wiltshire College & University Centre and Bridgwater and Taunton College operating in over 70 locations across the UK and Europe.

A well-established and respected training provider, specialising in the provision of vocational training and apprenticeship management solutions and professional learning and development opportunities, TCP was initially set up to deliver education and training solutions to the military, but has grown to support non-military clients and learners in industries such as telecommunication, aviation, warehousing and logistics, electrical, public services, intelligence, cyber security and digital infrastructure.

TCP is looking for a new Executive Director who will drive forward its growth agenda, identifying commercial opportunities and increasing revenue. Working with the Board to devise and deliver TCP strategic and financial plans, the Executive Director will also contribute to wider strategic initiatives involving collaborative working between the Colleges and TCP.

The successful candidate will be a senior management leader with proven operational and management track record, experience of working within or with the education and/or training sector and of leading organisational change and identifying opportunities for business development.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, across a wide, multi-stakeholder landscape working with a variety of partners at the very time that skills and training are at the heart of the policy agenda.
